Role overview

Schedule and employment

• Full-time, 40 hours per week, day shift.
• No call or weekend work is listed; the hospital may modify employee schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional, analytical, and project-management support to the Sourcing and Value Analysis Division.
• Manage and review SAP contract data for accuracy in collaboration with sourcing staff.
• Manage workflows for invoice price exceptions tied to SAP contracts.
• Maintain accurate contract prices and resolve supplier discrepancies promptly.
• Update online training and perform other supply-chain-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in a professional supply-chain environment.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in supply chain, business administration, public health, hospital administration, or a related business or finance field.
• Additional experience may be substituted as indicated by the employer.

Compensation

• Listed salary range is USD 31.53–52.06 per hour; compensation is commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
