Contract Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support the COR and ACOR with contract execution, management, and operations.
• Track and report contract modifications, invoices, and expenditures to the Government Division Acquisition Lead and COR.
• Draft Technical Direction Letters and Task Actions for COR review and approval.
• Analyze contractor burn rates, fund depletion dates, ceiling requirements, contract Level of Effort, and execution risks.
• Review invoices and reconcile them with Share Data Warehouse reporting; prepare and process contract modification packages.
• Maintain documentation in SharePoint; track Contract Management Fees and report findings to the COR and ACOR.
• Prepare the monthly COR report and advise on contract execution anomalies and risks.
• Develop tools to monitor expenditures against CLIN, SLIN, and ACRN ceilings and funded values; verify funding documentation in N-ERP.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel experience is required.
• Understanding of prime contract execution, government fund appropriations, fund projections, and Level of Effort is required.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a business discipline, or a high school diploma with at least five years of DoD experience.
• DoD experience and N-ERP experience are desired, not required.

Compensation

• Salary is $80,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
