✅ Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
4–5 years of experience in Contract Administration, Recruitment Coordination, or Workforce Management
Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, MS Excel, and reporting tools
Strong documentation and record management skills
Excellent coordination and communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer manpower contracts from initiation to completion
Process and track manpower requests and recruitment activities
Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and recruitment agencies
Maintain accurate contract records, databases, and reports
Monitor recruitment progress and workforce requirements
Ensure compliance with contract terms, policies, and procedures
