Role overview
The ACES Specialist supports process excellence and operational improvement within Amazon Now grocery operations.
The role works collaboratively to understand operational processes, solve problems, communicate changes, and use data to guide decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 4M and 5S audits across Amazon Now stores in Abu Dhabi.
- Monitor key metrics and enforce store operating standards.
- Support new store launches through readiness audits and go-live compliance checks.
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve delivery performance.
- Provide on-ground support for operational escalations at Abu Dhabi sites.
- Plan pilots and launch new processes or projects across Abu Dhabi stores with stakeholders.
- Develop communication plans to align affected teams and make process changes visible.
Basic qualifications
- Speak, write, and read English fluently.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Experience communicating complex concepts effectively in writing and verbally.
Preferred qualifications
- Efficient time management, achievement of personal goals, and effective collaboration with internal, partner, and customer teams.
- Experience in logistics, distribution, or fulfillment processes.
- Experience resolving customer problems under pressure, or experience in software development.
