Role Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager at مجموعة التواصل الداخلي will lead initiatives to optimize business processes, enhance operational performance, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
This part-time, on-site role in Dubai involves mapping and analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing structured improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
The position includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to define improvement goals, developing action plans, and tracking key performance indicators to measure impact.
The manager will facilitate workshops and training sessions, document new processes, and ensure adherence to updated standards and best practices.
Regular reporting to leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities for further optimization is also a core responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement, with a proven track record of identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical solutions.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, perform root cause analysis, and use metrics to guide decision-making.
- Background in Operational Excellence and Operations Management, with familiarity in frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and drive change in a structured, collaborative manner.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Experience working in on-site operational environments and comfort engaging with team members at all organizational levels.
