Continuous Improvement Engineer Co-Op

QUALIFICATIONS

• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Quick learner who can adapt & perform well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Self-motivated & confident, with the ability to take initiative & drive tasks forward. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively both independently & in cross-functional groups. Experience with—or willingness to learn—AutoCAD or similar design software. Excellent organizational & time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple work streams simultaneously. Proficiency with computers & Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, & PowerPoint. Strong written & verbal communication skills. All other duties as assigned. LOCATION: The student must be able to commute to our site in Mukwonago, WI. HOURS: This is a Monday - Friday schedule, working approximately 40 hours per week.
