Continuous Improvement Analyst

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- Experience in the transportation industry is preferred
- Excellent oral communication, written communication and organizational skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to communicate and interface effectively with all levels of the Hub organization in a manner that consistently produces results
- Proficiency with MS Office software, specifically Microsoft Excel for reporting
- Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Salary Range: Up to $60,000/year base salary plus eligibility for additional incentive
- This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however it may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand.
