Overview
We are looking for a skilled Continental Chef with strong experience in preparing healthy, low-calorie, and diet-focused meals.
Requirements
Proven experience in Continental cuisine
Basic - Arabic & Indian cusine
Ability to prepare calorie-controlled, macro-balanced, and clean meals
Knowledge of healthy cooking methods (grilling, steaming, low-oil cooking, etc.)
Ability to prepare meal-prep style dishes and portioned diet plans
Complete kitchen management ,hygiene and time-management skills
Creativity in developing healthy versions of popular Continental dishes
Responsibilities
Complete kitchen management Prepare and cook a variety of Continental and diet-friendly items
Maintain quality, taste, and nutritional standards
Follow specific meal plans and recipe guidelines
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety
