- We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Writer Manager to lead content creation, editorial planning, and storytelling across multiple digital channels.
- The ideal candidate will oversee content strategy, manage writers, and ensure all written materials align with brand voice, marketing goals, and audience engagement objectives.
- 🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategy across web, blog, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content writers and contributors
- Create, edit, and review high-quality written content to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment
- Collaborate with marketing, SEO, design, and product teams to support campaigns and initiatives
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility
- Plan and manage editorial calendars and content workflows
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights
- Ensure all content meets quality standards, tone of voice guidelines, and deadlines
- Oversee content distribution across multiple platforms and channels
- Stay updated with content marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- ✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or editorial roles
- 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Solid understanding of SEO and digital content strategy
- Experience managing content teams or freelance writers
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
