Key responsibilities
- Research educational, professional, and career-related topics using credible sources.
- Develop course structures, modules, lessons, and learning paths based on learner needs and objectives.
- Write clear, engaging content that simplifies complex concepts without losing meaning.
- Create examples, case studies, quizzes, assignments, and practical activities.
- Review, edit, and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and quality.
- Collaborate with Product and Learning teams, incorporate feedback, and update existing course material as needed.
What we're looking for
- Strong writing, communication, and research skills.
- Excellent reading comprehension, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify complex information and organize content into logical learning journeys.
- Good command of written English, grammar, and proofreading.
- Ability to research unfamiliar topics independently and identify credible sources.
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Notion, Microsoft Word, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
Work arrangement
- The role is onsite in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Pay
- Pay is ₹7,000–₹10,000 per month.
