Pen Home Properties is looking for an experienced and creative Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will not just write, but bring their own ideas, strategies, and creativity to help shape the company’s content, enhance brand visibility, and engage clients across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original, high-quality content for:
• Website & landing pages
• Property listings & descriptions
• Blogs, guides, and newsletters
• Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
• Develop new content ideas that align with marketing goals and attract engagement
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to execute content strategies
• Conduct research on real estate trends and competitors to ensure content is fresh and relevant
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
• 2+ years of content writing experience, preferably in real estate, property, or related industries
• Must be proactive, creative, and able to contribute original ideas
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Knowledge of SEO and digital content strategies
• Ability to write for different formats (blogs, social media, email campaigns, website)
• Familiarity with UAE real estate market is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
