Job Overview
Pen Home Properties is looking for an **experienced and creative Content Writer** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will **not just write**, but **bring their own ideas, strategies, and creativity** to help shape the company’s content, enhance brand visibility, and engage clients across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create **original, high-quality content** for:
- Website & landing pages
- Property listings & descriptions
- Blogs, guides, and newsletters
- Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
- **Develop new content ideas** that align with marketing goals and attract engagement
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to **execute content strategies**
- Conduct research on real estate trends and competitors to ensure content is **fresh and relevant**
- Maintain **consistent brand voice** across all channels
- Monitor content performance and **suggest improvements** to increase engagement
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field**
- **2+ years of content writing experience**, preferably in **real estate, property, or related industries**
- Must be **proactive, creative, and able to contribute original ideas**
- Strong **writing, editing, and proofreading** skills
- Knowledge of **SEO and digital content strategies**
- Ability to write for different formats (blogs, social media, email campaigns, website)
- Familiarity with UAE real estate market is a **plus**
- Strong **communication and collaboration skills**

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
