We are seeking an experienced

Content Strategy Manager

  • to lead the development, execution, and optimization of our enterprise content strategy across digital and traditional channels.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee content planning, editorial direction, audience engagement, and performance analysis while ensuring content initiatives align with business goals, brand standards, and customer needs.

  • Develop and execute enterprise content strategies aligned with organizational objectives, brand positioning, customer journeys, and revenue growth initiatives
  • Create and manage editorial calendars, content roadmaps, campaign plans, and publishing schedules across websites, blogs, social media, email, video, and other digital channels
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, customer success, communications, creative, SEO, and analytics teams to develop high-impact, customer-focused content initiatives
  • Define audience segmentation, content personas, messaging frameworks, and content governance standards to ensure consistency across all communication channels
  • Lead content planning for product launches, campaigns, thought leadership, customer education, and brand awareness initiatives
  • Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO), user engagement, accessibility, and conversion performance using data-driven insights and industry best practices
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including website traffic, organic search performance, engagement, conversion rates, lead generation, content reach, and return on content investment (ROCI)
  • Conduct content audits, competitive analysis, keyword research, and market research to identify opportunities for content optimization and growth
  • Manage relationships with writers, editors, designers, agencies, freelancers, and other external content partners to ensure high-quality content production
  • Oversee content governance, editorial quality, brand consistency, compliance, and approval workflows across the organization
  • Prepare content performance reports, dashboards, insights, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance content effectiveness, audience engagement, digital visibility, and business performance while mentoring content strategists, editors, copywriters, and content creators
  • βœ… Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Professional certifications in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, HubSpot Content Marketing, or equivalent are advantageous
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, editorial management, digital marketing, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing content teams, editorial operations, or cross-functional content initiatives preferred
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, editorial planning, SEO, storytelling, audience development, customer journey mapping, content governance, and digital marketing principles
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEO platforms, marketing automation tools, CRM systems, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools, social media management platforms, email marketing platforms, and digital asset management systems is advantageous
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, creative, organizational, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, editorial leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Ability to translate business objectives into scalable content strategies that drive customer engagement, brand authority, and measurable business growth
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
