Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Content Producer (Instagram & TikTok) to join our team on-site at our Dubai office.
In this role, you will create and manage engaging content specifically designed for Instagram and TikTok.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include video production for social media, building content strategies, managing and updating content calendars, and ensuring consistent brand presence across platforms.
You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to implement innovative strategies to enhance audience engagement and grow our social media reach.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and highly motivated
Content Producer
to create engaging, trend-driven content for Instagram and TikTok.
The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, understands what performs on short-form video platforms, and can independently plan, shoot, edit, and publish content consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Create daily content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other social platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral formats, sounds, and challenges.
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
- Shoot high-quality videos and photos using smartphones and professional equipment when needed.
- Edit videos quickly and creatively using mobile and desktop editing tools.
- Write engaging captions and content descriptions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and product-focused content.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors when required.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Attend product launches, events, and activations to capture real-time content.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience engagement.
- Skilled in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar.
- Excellent photography and videography skills.
- Ability to generate creative content ideas independently.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing social media accounts with significant audience growth.
- Portfolio showcasing Instagram Reels and TikTok content.
- Experience working with consumer brands, lifestyle brands, baby products, toys, fashion, or retail brands.

- Proficiency with video editing software and familiarity with trends on Instagram and TikTok
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Passion for creativity and innovation in social media content
- Demonstrated knowledge of the lifestyle brands industry is a plus
