**The Role** The Dungeon is a GCC bodybuilding brand — a gym, a clothing label, and a community rooted in Arabic-inspired streetwear, athletes, and culture.
We already have a clear brand vision and a strong production team (freelance videographers and a content agency).
What we're missing is the person who turns that vision into specific, executable content plans every week — and makes sure the team has clear briefs to deliver against.
That's where you come in.
**How we work** No fixed office hours.
Work from anywhere in the UAE.
What matters is hitting deadlines, shipping great content, and being available for shoots, meetings, and team check-ins when needed.
You'll be expected to come to the gym and shoot locations as required, but the day-to-day planning, briefing, and coordination work is yours to manage on your own schedule.
What you'll do
- Build and run the weekly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reels
- Generate Reel and short-form video concepts tied to drops, training, athletes, events, and culture
- Write clear creative briefs for our freelance videographers and content agency — concept, shot list, references, deliverables
- Coordinate shoot schedules with athletes, influencers, the gym, and production partners
- Review content drafts and give clear feedback to keep everything on-brand
- Plan content around drops, collaborations, seminars, and events
- Track what's working — saves, shares, watch time, conversions — and feed that back into next week's plan
- Manage timelines and make sure content ships on schedule
- You should have
- 2–4 years in social media, content production, or creative coordination
- A track record of running content calendars or producing shoots for a brand
- Experience writing briefs that freelancers or agencies have executed against
- Strong feel for short-form video — you watch Reels and TikToks like it's research
- Sharp written communication — your briefs should make life easy for the people executing
- Comfort working with freelancers and agencies
- Strong feel for Gulf culture and the bodybuilding/streetwear scene
- Highly self-managed — this role only works if you can run your own schedule and hit deadlines without being chased
- Arabic language skills are a strong plus
- Nice to have
- Experience working with athletes, influencers, or talent
- Familiarity with CapCut / Premiere (you don't edit, but you should be able to give feedback)
- Awareness of paid social and performance creative
