About the role
Manage content across customer and marketing channels, work closely with the Marketing Head, and lead a team of two.
Responsibilities
- Own content across SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, IVR, social media, and website channels.
- Create and edit channel-specific copy, IVR scripts, social media content, and website content.
- Develop content calendars, messaging frameworks, and brand guidelines.
- Manage content from ideation to publishing.
- Review and guide a two-member content team.
- Work with Marketing, Product, Growth, CRM, Design, and Compliance teams.
- Track open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and conversions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or copywriting.
- Hands-on experience with at least three listed channels: SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, IVR, social media, or website/blog.
- Experience leading or mentoring a content team.
- Experience creating content calendars, messaging frameworks, or brand guidelines.
- Experience working with content performance metrics.
Good to have
- Experience with Gupshup, Karix, Twilio, MSG91, or similar platforms.
- Experience with DLT, WhatsApp Business policies, or fintech/BFSI content.
- Exposure to CRM/lifecycle marketing.
