Content Governance Manager

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum five years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, operations, project management, or related business functions preferred
• Experience supporting intermediary, broker-dealer, or channel marketing programs.
• Knowledge of financial services marketing and content review processes.
• Experience working with workflow management, intake, or prioritization processes.
• Experience partnering across marketing, sales, compliance, and operations organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• This role is critical to ensuring that firm approval capacity is leveraged effectively against Sales Channel Marketing priorities. By serving as the connection point between business strategy, stakeholder demand, and approval execution, the position helps maximize distribution opportunities while improving transparency, consistency, and speed across the Firm Approval process. This role is part of our hybrid work model with a required three days a week onsite in our Malvern, PA office. Fully remote work is not available for this role.
