Overview

The Content Executive plays a central role in shaping the brand’s digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.

Working closely with the Creative Manager, this role supports the development of refined, consistent, and trend-aware content that enhances brand visibility and engagement.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of creativity and platform expertise, ensuring every asset reflects the brand’s tone, visual identity, and storytelling style.

This role will contribute to content for both the Karen Wazen brand and Karen Wazen as a public figure.

Content Development

  • Lead the creation of short form video content including TikToks, Reels, and platform specific edits
  • Film, edit, and refine content to meet brand standards and campaign goals
  • Capture behind the scenes moments during shoots, events, and brand activities
  • Support styling, setup, and overall creative execution during content production

Platform Strategy & Trend Analysis

  • Identify platform trends and translate them into relevant, brand aligned concepts
  • Develop content ideas that enhance storytelling and audience engagement
  • Work closely with the Creative Manager to shape content direction based on performance insights.

Visual Asset Support

  • Assist with design needs including story layouts, post visuals, text graphics, and templates
  • Prepare mood boards, creative references, and visual structures for campaigns

Content Management & Workflow

  • Organize content libraries, drafts, and production files for smooth workflow
  • Manage version tracking, asset preparation, and content readiness for scheduling
  • Ensure brand consistency across every digital asset

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a content creation/development role
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content behavior
  • Skilled in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
  • Basic design knowledge using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute content with a clean and elevated visual approach
  • Excellent organizational habits with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast paced creative environments
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset
