Job Summary
The Content Creator & Videographer is fully responsible for planning, filming, directing, and editing video content.

The role captures internal company activities, employee engagement, workplace culture, events, and other internal communication initiatives.
The ideal candidate has strong filming and video production skills and can manage the entire production process independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the video production process, including planning, filming, directing, and editing.
- Plan and execute internal content shoots from preparation to final delivery.
- Create engaging video content showcasing company culture, employee activities, internal events, team achievements, and workplace experiences.
- Develop creative concepts and storylines for internal communication videos and company-related content.
- Handle camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and shot composition.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for internal communication channels and social media platforms when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify content opportunities and capture relevant company activities.
- Prepare filming schedules and ensure all required equipment and resources are ready before each shoot.
- Create short-form videos, Reels, Stories, and other visual content formats based on project requirements.
- Stay updated with video production techniques, creative storytelling approaches, and relevant social media trends.
- Ensure all content meets quality standards and aligns with the company's brand identity and communication objectives.
- Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and final deliverables for future use.
Requirements
- Must be a Saudi national based in Al Khobar.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, Video Producer, or in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience in filming and video production, managing shoots from start to finish.
- Excellent video shooting, framing, lighting, and audio recording skills.
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Experience creating internal communication content, corporate videos, employee engagement content, or workplace-related videos.
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to turn ideas into engaging visual content.
- Ability to plan shoots, manage filming equipment, and handle production requirements independently.
- Familiarity with short-form video formats and social media platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and capture content professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- A portfolio showcasing filming, video production, and editing work.
- Experience producing internal communication videos, company culture content, employee activities, and corporate events.
- Experience managing the full video production process independently.
- Experience working with brands, corporate teams, or marketing departments.
