Buckingham Real Estate seeks a creative content creator and video editor for its marketing team.
The role focuses on turning property shoots and creative ideas into engaging social media content for Dubai real estate.
Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit property tours, Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, agent videos, and promotional content.
- Create social media banners, carousels, thumbnails, property advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Develop content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Photograph and film properties, communities, and real estate agents.
- Handle transitions, colour correction, captions, audio enhancement, and visual effects.
- Maintain consistency with the company's branding and visual identity.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of content creation experience in the Dubai real estate industry.
- Proven video shooting, editing, and graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, or similar editing tools.
- Ability to plan, shoot, edit, and deliver creative content independently.
- Understanding of social media trends, video hooks, and audience engagement.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, deadline management, and ability to handle multiple projects.
- A portfolio of previous real estate videos and graphic designs is required.
Compensation and benefits
- Monthly salary of AED 2,500–4,000, depending on experience and skills.
- The employer offers work on premium Dubai real estate projects and opportunities to develop skills and a portfolio.
