Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator – TikTok role based at Verve Studios in Jeddah.
Plan, script, shoot, and edit TikTok videos aligned with brand strategies and entertainment campaigns.
Work with creative and production colleagues to create short-form content and refine it using audience and performance insights.
Responsibilities
- Generate original ideas and stay current with TikTok trends and platform features.
- Collaborate with designers, producers, and social media managers.
- Manage the TikTok posting schedule and optimize content for reach and engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics to guide future concepts.
- Participate in brainstorming and creative direction.
- Ensure content reflects the visual and narrative style.
Qualifications
- Strong TikTok content creation skills, including concept development, scripting, and on-camera or behind-camera execution.
- Proficiency in video shooting and editing using mobile apps and professional software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of TikTok strategy, trends, hashtags, and audience engagement.
- Ability to collaborate with production, design, and social media teams.
- Strong storytelling, creative thinking, visual composition, and sound design.
- Previous experience in content creation, media production, or entertainment-related projects.
- A portfolio or TikTok profile showcasing work is required.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools to track performance and refine content strategy.
- Relevant media, film, communications, or marketing education is preferred, but not required when experience and portfolio are strong.
Work Schedule
- Full-time studio hours, with occasional evening or weekend shoots as needed.
