About The Role
We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead and grow our presence on Instagram and TikTok for a premium Padel Tennis Academy and Coffee Shop.
This role combines content creation, brand storytelling, and front-facing customer interaction, making it ideal for someone who is both creative and people-oriented.

Content Creation & Social Media
Create high-quality, engaging content (videos, reels, stories, posts) for Instagram & TikTok
Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand strategy
Capture daily content at the academy and café (games, lifestyle, coffee, community)
Stay on top of trends, sounds, and viral formats to maximize reach
Manage posting, captions, hashtags, and audience engagement (comments, DMs)
Video Editing & Design
Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
Design visuals using Photoshop / Canva / similar tools
Ensure all content aligns with the brand identity and aesthetic
Community & Brand Growth
Build and engage a strong online community
Collaborate with influencers, players, and partners
Track performance and optimize content using insights and analytics
Reception & On-Ground Support
Support front desk/reception when needed
Interact with customers, assist with bookings, and ensure a great experience
Capture live moments and convert them into content in real-time

Requirements
Proven experience in content creation and social media management (Instagram & TikTok)
Strong skills in video editing and graphic design
Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling
Comfortable being on-site, filming, and interacting with people
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passion for sports, lifestyle, or café culture is a strong plus
