Role overview

Content creation

• Develop, design, and edit visual and written posts, videos, stories, and reels for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat.
• Create original content ideas aligned with current trends and brand objectives.

Social media strategy

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand tone, voice, and aesthetics across platforms.
• Track platform algorithms and adapt strategies; test formats, features, and creative ideas to increase engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other graphic editing software and skill in short-form video editing.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills; strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred skills

• Photography and videography experience, paid social media advertising knowledge, and basic SEO knowledge are preferred.
