Full-time Content Creator & Social Media Manager role managing Sepi’s social media presence and creating daily content.
Content production
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar.
- Create, film, and edit daily Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok videos, photos, and promotional posts.
- Capture on-site content showcasing services, results, the team, and client experience.
- Write engaging captions and prepare content for posting.
Social media management
- Publish posts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
- Follow social media trends and suggest ideas to grow reach, engagement, and bookings.
- Monitor content performance and share regular insights on what is working.
- Maintain a consistent brand style and present Sepi professionally online.
Requirements
- Previous experience in content creation and social media management.
- Portfolio or examples of social media content created.
- Good video filming and editing skills.
- Confident, creative, and comfortable appearing on camera or filming others.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
Advantageous experience
- Experience with CapCut and Canva is an advantage.
- Beauty, salon, or lifestyle industry experience is an advantage.
Work arrangement
- Full-time, on-site position in Dubai; content capture takes place on-site.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 3,500 per month.
