We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator & Growth Marketing Executive who can help us create stronger content, increase our online visibility, and support lead generation.
This role is for someone who doesn’t just post content, but understands how content can attract attention, build trust, and bring in better leads.
You will be responsible for coming up with content ideas, creating posts, supporting short-form videos, writing captions and hooks, and improving our online presence across key channels.
We are looking for someone creative, proactive, and hands-on.
Someone who can turn ideas into content, test what works, and help our brand look more professional, visible, and attractive to potential clients.
This is not a management role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys creating, improving, testing, and executing content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create content for social media, website, ads, and campaigns
- Develop content ideas that match our brand, audience, and business goals
- Write captions, hooks, scripts, and marketing copy in English
- Support reels, short-form videos, stories, and campaign creatives
- Be comfortable appearing in videos or front-facing content when needed
- Improve the look, feel, and quality of our online content
- Identify trends and turn them into relevant content ideas
- Work closely with our Paid Ads Specialist on creatives and campaign content
- Create content that supports brand visibility and lead generation
- Test different content formats, hooks, visuals, and messaging
- Track content performance and suggest improvements
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, content marketing, or growth marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and short-form content
- Good eye for branding, visuals, hooks, and engaging content
- Able to write clear and engaging content in English
- Comfortable creating and executing, not just planning
- Not camera-shy and open to being involved in video content
- Basic understanding of lead generation and campaign performance
- Creative, proactive, fast-moving, and hands-on
- Strong ownership mindset
- Currently based in Dubai
