Full-time Content Creator role in Dubai for producing social media client video content.

Work with mobile-based content tools rather than DSLR cameras and manage production from concept through post-production with the in-house production team.
Video production
- Create and edit long- and short-format videos for social media and other digital platforms.
- Film on set and at locations using handheld or mobile devices; manage mobile rigs, microphones, lighting, and props.
- Collaborate with creative teams and clients to plan and execute shoots.
Post-production and creative development
- Use lighting adjustments, color grading, and sound correction to enhance videos.
- Contribute to concepts, scripting, storyboarding, and storytelling; develop After Effects and motion graphics skills.
- Deliver projects on time while managing client expectations and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker; proven experience as a content creator, videographer, or similar role in social media or an agency.
- Proficiency with mobile editing tools such as CapCut and strong mobile shooting knowledge, including framing, lighting, and audio.
- Ability to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute creative video ideas.
- Basic After Effects and motion graphics knowledge, or willingness to build those skills.
- Strong time management, organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities; flexible to work on-site or on location as needed.
