Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorm, conceptualize, and develop fresh content ideas, detailed video scripts, and storyboards for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Write compelling, persuasive captions and creative marketing copy tailored to high-net-worth real estate audiences and investors.
• Build and manage monthly social media content calendars, ensuring a consistent and timely publishing schedule.
• Collaborate directly with the videography, design, and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of creative concepts.
• Assist on-site during property shoots, directing agents or creators to capture high-retention social media hooks and raw footage.
• Monitor social media metrics, track audience engagement, and continuously optimize content strategies based on performance data.
• Research daily viral trends, competitor strategies, and platform algorithms to keep our media output ahead of the market.
• Maintain a consistent brand tone, style, and identity across all digital touchpoints.
