With over 120 active clients across more than eight countries, SRB works with government entities, corporates, and startups across industries such as F&B, retail, sports, tourism, real estate, and e-commerce.
Role Description
The Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Qatar.
In this role, the individual will develop and produce engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and campaigns aligned with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Daily tasks include brainstorming concepts with the creative and marketing teams, planning content calendars, writing and editing copy, and collaborating with designers, videographers, and other specialists to deliver cohesive visual and written content.
The Content Creator will also participate in content for photoshoots, video production, and event coverage, ensuring materials are optimized for each platform and audience.
The role involves monitoring content performance, incorporating feedback, and staying current with industry trends and best practices to continuously refine creative output.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong content creation skills, including copywriting, storytelling, and basic scriptwriting for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in social media content development, community engagement, and understanding of platform-specific best practices.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in visual collaboration, working closely with design, photography, and video teams to translate ideas into compelling creative assets.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, campaign objectives, and performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess solid research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt tone and style to different brands and industries.
- Relevant experience in marketing, communications, media, or a creative agency environment is highly beneficial.
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organization, time management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
