Content Creator & Brand Coordinator

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Plan content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and other platforms; attend and coordinate photoshoots and content days.
• Shoot and produce content from concept and moodboard through shooting, editing, and final delivery.
• Organize shoot schedules, shot lists, locations, products, props, models, and other requirements.
• Develop concepts for launches, restocks, campaigns, and seasonal content; film product, styling, tutorial, behind-the-scenes, trend, and lifestyle videos.
• Edit short-form videos for publishing and maintain the brand's visual identity and image.
• Maintain a monthly social content calendar and organized content library; collaborate with photographers, videographers, models, influencers, and creatives.
• Adapt social trends to the brand and review performance to generate new ideas.

Requirements

• Based in Dubai and available to attend shoots and content days in person.
• Strong portfolio of brand content, with the candidate's personal role clearly identified.
• Able to shoot high-quality content independently using a phone and/or camera; strong Reels and TikTok editing skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, current trends, and fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or modest fashion.
• Able to manage shoots independently, take initiative, and organize multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Good English is important; Arabic speakers are preferred.

Portfolio

• Share examples of content personally planned, shot, and/or edited for previous brands, such as Reels, TikToks, campaigns, product photography, or social feeds.
