Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role based in Pakistan, for a female Content Creator and Social Media Manager.

The role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content for social media platforms and the cosmetics e-commerce website, including photos, short-form videos, captions, and product-focused storytelling.

The Content Creator and Social Media Manager will manage the content calendar, schedule posts, monitor trends, and ensure brand consistency across channels.

They will engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages, collaborating with influencers, and supporting campaign launches and promotions.

The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, coordinating with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams, and contributing ideas to improve brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in content creation for digital platforms, including copywriting, basic photography, and short-form video production and editing.
  • Experience managing social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat) with an understanding of platform-specific best practices and trends.
  • Ability to plan and execute content calendars, support campaign rollouts, and align content with marketing and e-commerce objectives.
  • Comfort with basic analytics tools to monitor performance, interpret engagement metrics, and suggest data-informed improvements.
  • Genuine interest in beauty and cosmetics, with an eye for aesthetics, visual branding, and product storytelling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Prior experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
