Location: Doha, full time, from the flagship store.

About the role
You run Clothivia's Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat day to day.
You decide what goes into Stories, turn the Videographer's footage into posts, publish everything on time, keep profiles looking like a luxury brand, and look after the community.
Location: Doha, full time, from the flagship store.
Reports to the founder.
What you will do
- Plan the daily Stories and brief the Videographer each morning on what to capture.
- Edit and post Stories every day: 5 to 8 a day on Instagram and Snapchat, plus daily on TikTok.
- Publish and schedule 7 Reels and 2 posts a week on all three platforms, each with its own cover and a Khaleeji Arabic caption.
- Build the grid preview for every two-week content plan.
- Answer comments and DMs within 24 hours, and pass buying questions to customer support.
- Keep the Instagram Highlights up to date.
- Write the organic report every two weeks: what was posted, what performed and what didn't.
What we need from you
- Khaleeji Arabic, with strong writing for captions. English is a plus.
- At least 2 years managing social accounts for a brand, ideally fashion, lifestyle or luxury.
- Fast Story editing, for example with CapCut or similar tools.
- A real eye for luxury: clean, calm, high quality. No memes, no cheap edits.
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat: Stories, Highlights, Spotlight and scheduling.
- Organised and reliable. We work with deadlines in Trello and a written check-in every day by 6 pm.
Portfolio requirements
- A portfolio is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
- Portfolio must include links to the brand accounts you have managed.
- Portfolio must include Stories and posts you produced.
- Portfolio must include at least one grid you planned.
- Portfolio must include caption samples in Arabic.
- Portfolio must include any results, such as follower growth, reach or engagement.
Pay
- QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month.
