La Palma Properties LLC is seeking a creative and innovative **Content Creator \| AI & Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating engaging content, leveraging AI tools to improve marketing performance, and executing digital marketing strategies that generate leads and build brand awareness.
Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Capture and edit high-quality photos, videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Write compelling captions, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing copy.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, and other automation platforms to streamline content creation and marketing.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with recommendations.
- Improve website content, SEO, and online visibility.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, AI developments, and social media best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns that generate quality leads.
Qualifications
- Minimum **2 years** of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design and video editing software.
- Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized.
- Photography and videography skills are highly desirable.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
