Role overview
Own social media strategy and content across the clinic’s aesthetics, health, wellness, and dental departments.

Social media and content duties
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social channels while maintaining a consistent luxury brand voice.
- Plan, create, edit, and schedule daily or weekly reels, short videos, posts, and stories.
- Coordinate content capture with doctors, dentists, and clinical teams.
- Write captions, select hashtags, and perform basic-to-intermediate photo and video editing.
- Respond to direct messages, comments, and inquiries; manage reviews and feedback.
- Create strategies for organic growth, brand awareness, and converting social engagement into patient bookings.
- Monitor channel insights and KPIs and provide monthly reach, engagement, and conversion reports.
- Ensure campaigns meet clinic policies, brand guidelines, and UAE healthcare advertising requirements.
Required experience and skills
- At least five years of experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Demonstrated experience managing social channels across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in mobile video capture, basic-to-intermediate editing tools, and trend analysis.
- Familiarity with UAE healthcare advertising guidelines and medical content compliance.
- Comfort using native analytics tools to measure performance, ROI, and audience growth.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
Preferred background and skills
- Experience in luxury aesthetics, beauty, wellness, dental, or medical settings is preferred.
- CapCut, Premiere, or Canva editing experience is listed.
- Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
