Content Configuration Engineer

Participate in product requirement reviews and design discussions, providing perspectives and recommendations.

Work closely with the development team to promptly identify and configure content, ensuring timely resolution.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies, driving improvements in testing processes and tools.

Continuously improve content update processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of the site.

2 years of experience professionally in eCommerce related positions, preferably in engineering, business analyst, technical project management, and/or user experience testing.

Familiarity with software theories, methodologies, and processes, understanding eCommerce industry.

Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, capable of quickly locating and reproducing issues.

Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, able to work closely with the development team.

Excellent English communication skill, written is key, but verbal is nice to have.
