The Role
You will own our social media presence in the UAE while collaborating as part of a global team.
You'll be creating content, generating ideas, spotting trends, attending shoots, collaborating with influencers, working with our marketing team and helping shape the future of one of the region's leading gifting brands.
You'll have the freedom to experiment, move quickly and make a real impact.
What You'Ll Be Doing
- Creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Generating fresh content ideas every week
- Filming reels, stories and behind-the-scenes content
- Working with influencers and creators
- Attending activations, events and seasonal campaigns across Dubai
- Helping plan and launch marketing campaigns
- Working closely with design, paid media, SEO and website teams
- Using AI tools to create more, test more and move faster
- Helping ensure Flowers.ae remains culturally relevant and top of mind
Who We'Re Looking For
- Someone who genuinely loves content creation
- Someone who understands both creativity and marketing
- Someone who naturally spots trends before everyone else
- Someone who knows how UAE audiences think, shop and engage online
- Someone energetic, positive and full of ideas
- Someone who is comfortable getting behind the camera as well as directing content
- Someone already using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Midjourney, Kling or similar
- Experience matters, but mindset matters more.
