Role Overview
Coordinate complete clearance of imported containers across all three UAE ports and ensure timely customs and municipality approvals and delivery to company warehouses.

Coordinate complete clearance of imported containers across all three UAE ports and ensure timely customs and municipality approvals and delivery to company warehouses.
Support clearance of more than 50 containers arriving from international destinations.
Container clearance and approvals
- Handle incoming-container clearance, customs documentation, inspections, approvals and release across all three UAE ports.
- Manage municipality procedures, food inspections, product approvals and import requirements.
- Process and follow up on municipality and customs duty exemption applications.
- Handle food product and label registrations, renewals and other mandatory certifications with relevant authorities.
- Manage FRIS registrations, submissions, documentation and follow-ups.
Certificates and delivery coordination
- Coordinate health, veterinary, halal, origin and other mandatory import certificates.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and shipping lines on delivery-order collection, issuance, extensions and related payments.
- Follow up with overseas suppliers for import documents and resolve discrepancies before shipment arrival.
- Minimize demurrage, detention, storage and other avoidable port charges through timely clearance.
Reporting and internal coordination
- Maintain container tracking reports covering vessel arrival, delivery-order status, customs clearance, municipality approvals and final delivery.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Purchase, Finance and Warehouse teams to move imported goods smoothly.
Pay
- AED 6,000–8,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
Requirements
- Manage clearance of imported containers across all three UAE ports, with more than 50 containers arriving from international destinations.
- Handle customs documentation, inspections, approvals and release procedures.
- Manage municipality procedures, food inspections, product approvals and import requirements.
- Coordinate food product and label registrations, renewals, FRIS submissions and mandatory import certifications.
- Coordinate delivery orders with the Supply Chain team and shipping lines, including collection, issuance, extensions and payments.
- Follow up with overseas suppliers for import documents and resolve discrepancies before shipment arrival.
