About This Role
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Generating sales leads and initiating outbound calls to new customer leads for sales purposes, as well as to existing customers for upselling and other business-related activities.
- Meeting daily and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintaining utilization above 80%.
- Handling a variety of customer queries and complaints including, but not limited to, sales, billing, technical, and general inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, etc.
- Providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the specified time limits and ensuring timely follow-up for resolution.
- Providing step-by-step guidance to customers for resolving technical issues.
- Following up with customers until issues are fully resolved.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers and employees at all times.
- Participating in projects across different departments to improve productivity and utilization at both individual and organizational levels.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong customer engagement skills.
- Availability to work rotational shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, and rotational off days.
- Previous experience in an international (English-speaking) contact center environment.
- Candidate must currently be based in the UAE.
Salary
- AED 4,200 plus commission.
