Consumer Activation Specialist - HoReCa

In Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, strict restrictions on advertising and promotions make the HoReCa channel a key platform for responsible adult consumer and trade engagement.
The Consumer Activation Specialist plays a vital role in developing compliant, impactful activation strategies that drive brand equity, consumer acquisition, and strong trade partnerships while navigating the local regulatory and cultural landscape.
Please note that this position is open to Saudi Nationals only.
Position
- As a Consumer Activation Specialist - HoReCa, you will
- Develop and execute integrated Consumer and HoReCa channel activation strategies
- Drive adult consumer engagement, brand awareness and repeat purchase while ensuring full regulatory compliance
- Plan, coordinate and manage 121 activations at points of sale and consumer-facing events
- Manage day-to-day cooperation with agencies, event vendors and third-party partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key HoReCa accounts
- Ensure full control and reporting of consumer activations at POS
- Partner with Brand and Trade Engagement managers to ensure consistent Brands and Trade programs execution across channels
- Monitor activation performance and report insights, results and and give recommendations on improvements
- Support budget management and cost-effective execution of activation plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer and trade activation, preferably in FMCG industry
- Solid knowledge of the HoReCa channel
- Strong understanding of marketing regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in agency and vendor management
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic
