We are currently recruiting a
Consulting Officer
for our client based in
Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Job Summary
The Consulting Officer is responsible for delivering expert guidance, strategic insights, and tailored solutions to clients across diverse domains, with a focus on aviation.
The role involves conducting in‑depth research, identifying business opportunities, developing proposals, and ensuring seamless execution of consultancy projects.
The position requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to diagnose challenges, recommend innovative strategies, and support successful project delivery.
1. Consultancy Coordination
- Develop and manage the annual budget for the consulting revenue stream, ensuring alignment with organizational targets.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities within the aviation sector, tailoring consultancy services to meet client needs.
- Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals outlining solutions for identified client requirements.
- Coordinate consultancy projects end‑to‑end to ensure timely delivery of commitments and adherence to project schedules.
2. Consultancy Marketing
- Lead marketing and promotional initiatives for consultancy services, including participation in aviation‑related events and forums.
- Conduct client visits to showcase IACT’s consultancy capabilities and maintain strong client engagement.
- Build, manage, and regularly update a dynamic database of potential clients seeking consultancy services.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate introductions and discussions between potential clients and IACT consultants to clarify project scope, needs, and timelines.
- Maintain effective communication channels to support smooth project initiation and progression.
4. Market Research
- Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging business opportunities in the UAE, GCC, and broader region within the aviation consulting space.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to support strategic decision‑making.
5. Reporting
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate functional reports, ensuring compliance with GCAA guidelines and internal quality standards.
6. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Compliance
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Promote a culture of safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery as per IMS standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in consulting / consultancy environment in UAE.
- (Prefer: from Aviation industry)
- Strong knowledge of administrative and business development best practices.
- Experience working in or with aviation sector stakeholders is a plus.
- Excellent communication, research, and client‑engagement skills.
