As we continue to grow our EY Consulting MENA practice, we are building a strong pipeline of talented professionals across multiple competencies and grades.
The Opportunity
- We are hiring across Senior Consultant, Assistant Manager, Manager and Senior Manager levels within EY Consulting MENA.
- In this role, you will:
- Work with leading organizations across multiple industries in the MENA region
- Deliver high-impact consulting engagements that drive sustainable business transformation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across geographies
- Support clients in solving complex strategic, operational, people, risk, and technology challenges
- Build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development and growth
Key Consulting Skill Areas
- We are seeking talent across, but not limited to, the following consulting capabilities within EY Consulting MENA:
- Customer Experience powered by EY Studio+, including service design, digital experience, and customer-led transformation
- Cyber Risk, Compliance and Resilience Services, including cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience
- Data and Decision Intelligence, covering analytics, insights, data strategy, and AI-enabled decision-making
- Risk Advisory, supporting enterprise risk management, governance, and regulatory agendas
- Supply Chain and Operations Transformation, focusing on efficiency, resilience, and end-to-end optimization
- Technology Leaders’ Agenda, enabling CIOs and CTOs to drive digital strategy, modernization, and value realization
- Transformation Platform, leveraging technology-enabled platforms to accelerate large-scale business and digital transformation
- To qualify for these roles, you must have
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field
- Relevant consulting or industry experience aligned to grade:
- + Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager: typically 2–6+ years
- + Manager: typically 7+ years
- + Senior Manager : typically 10+ years
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel across the MENA region as required
