Consulting Engineer (R&S, SDA, & Wireless)

Role Overview

Your Impact

• Serve as the lead technical advisor across complex customer engagements, steering design, deployment, migration, and optimization of enterprise network architectures.
• Lead advanced multi-domain initiatives, architecting wired and wireless solutions using Cisco Catalyst and Nexus platforms.
• Manage complex routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and high-availability switching fabrics to improve resilience and performance.
• Architect and deploy enterprise solutions across SDA fabrics (Catalyst Center, ISE, LISP/VXLAN, TrustSec) and high-density wireless networks.
• Review and approve technical work, integrate AI-driven automation workflows using Python or Ansible, support critical customer outages, and mentor delivery peers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering and delivery, with a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience designing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise Routing & Switching architectures (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Multicast).
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying high-density Wireless solutions (WLCs, Catalyst APs, RF planning).
• Active Cisco CCIE (Enterprise R&S preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) fabrics, including Catalyst Center, Cisco ISE, and TrustSec.
• Proven ability developing network automation, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management using Python, Ansible, or REST APIs.
• Experience with enterprise hybrid-cloud networking architectures and public cloud connectivity (e.g., Azure or Google Cloud).
• Demonstrated success leading complex network migrations in high-stakes environments such as stadiums, healthcare facilities, or financial institutions.
• Fluency in Arabic to effectively engage with regional stakeholders and project teams.

• Hybrid Full Time.
