Overview

The Consulting Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple consulting engagements, driving strategic client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of complex, multi-stream transformation programs.

The role also plays a key part in business growth, thought leadership, and organizational capability development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple large-scale consulting engagements across strategy, transformation, and advisory domains.
  • Define overall engagement strategy, scope, and delivery approach for key accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior government stakeholders.
  • Drive business development activities including proposals, RFPs, and strategic pursuits.
  • Own client relationships and ensure long-term partnership development.
  • Oversee delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Review and validate key deliverables to ensure strategic alignment and consulting excellence.
  • Identify new opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and capability development for consulting teams.
  • Contribute to firm strategy, service offerings, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Ensure commercial performance and revenue targets are achieved across engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12-18+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles.
  • Strong background in top-tier consulting firms (Big 4, MBB, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs, ideally in government or enterprise sectors.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development capability.
  • Deep understanding of strategy execution and organizational transformation.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage. Candidate must hold Saudi nationality
