We are actively recruiting a high-caliber Consultant in Trauma and Acute Care Surgery to join a leading government healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi.
This is a premium opportunity for experienced consultants seeking a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment with access to advanced medical infrastructure and a diverse patient population.
The Role:
As a Consultant, you will play a critical leadership role in managing complex trauma and acute surgical cases while driving clinical excellence and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of complex trauma and emergency surgical cases
- Perform life-saving surgical interventions in high-pressure environments
- Oversee and guide junior physicians and surgical teams
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure adherence to international clinical standards and best practices
- Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in on-call and emergency coverage
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Currently practicing as a Consultant in Trauma & Acute Care Surgery
- Western Board / US Board / UK CCT / Equivalent highly preferred
- Proven track record in high-volume trauma centers
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
