The Consultant will play a vital role in delivering high-quality primary healthcare services, focusing on preventive care, early diagnosis, and management of a wide range of conditions.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients across all ages
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Promote preventive health measures and patient education to improve health outcomes
- Coordinate care with specialists and allied health professionals to ensure integrated service delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to clinical guidelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Stay updated with current medical advances and incorporate evidence-based practices
Requirements
- Medical degree with board certification or equivalent qualification in Family Medicine, General Practice, or Primary Healthcare
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant region
- Demonstrated experience as a primary healthcare physician with strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and continuous professional development
