Key Responsibilities

- Engage in clinical and academic research to advance the field of plastic surgery.

Requirements
- Proven experience in performing a wide variety of cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.
- Experience or interest in academic medicine, including teaching and research.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and ongoing professional development.
- Capability to manage complex cases and deliver superior patient outcomes.
- Familiarity with research methodologies and clinical trials is an advantage.
- Adaptability to a dynamic, academic healthcare setting.
