We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Consultant Physician in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to join a prestigious government healthcare facility in Al Dhafra. Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ICU operations and clinical care delivery
• Diagnose and manage critically ill patients with complex conditions
• Oversee and guide junior physicians and ICU staff
• Ensure adherence to international clinical standards and protocols
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Provide pre- and post-critical care management
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent with specialization in Critical Care / Intensive Care Medicine
• Consultant-level qualification (e.g., Arab Board, Western Board, or equivalent)
• Valid DOH License or Eligibility (Abu Dhabi)
• Extensive experience in ICU at a consultant level
• Arabic speaker is mandatory
• Strong leadership and patient-centered approach
