Duties
- and Responsibilities
- Diagnose, evaluate, and manage patients with benign and malignant breast conditions.
- Perform advanced breast surgical procedures, including oncologic and reconstructive surgeries.
- Develop individualized treatment and management plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
- Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient management and follow-up care.
- Participate in departmental clinical audits, quality initiatives, and case discussions.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff when required.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and ethical medical practices.
Qualifications
- Medical Degree from a recognized institution.
- Board Certification / Specialist Certification in Breast Surgery or General Surgery with Breast Surgery specialization.
- Consultant-level experience in Breast Surgery.
- DOH License or DOH Eligibility Letter is preferred.
- Strong expertise in breast oncology and surgical management.
- Previous experience in tertiary or government healthcare facilities is an advantage.
- Excellent clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
