Job Summary
We are seeking a consultant pediatric ophthalmologist with subspecialty expertise in strabismus to deliver advanced, patient-centered care in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage paediatric ophthalmic conditions
- Perform strabismus and related corrective surgeries
- Treat amblyopia and binocular vision disorders
- Collaborate with paediatric and multidisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
Requirements
- Tier 1 qualification: American Board (e.g., American Board of Ophthalmology), UK CCT, Canadian Board, or Australian/NZ Fellowship
- Fellowship in Paediatric Ophthalmology / Strabismus
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience at the consultant level
- DOH license or eligibility
