The ideal candidate will provide expert neurological care, managing patients with a variety of neurological disorders through accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals, the Consultant Neurologist will enhance patient outcomes and deliver high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and neurological examinations
- Diagnose neurological conditions using clinical evaluations and diagnostic tools
- Develop and implement individualized management and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare specialists to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families about disease processes and management strategies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Neurology
- Valid license to practice medicine
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Consultant Neurologist
- Proficiency in neurological diagnostic methods including MRI, EEG, and CT scans
- Strong communication skills and compassionate patient care approach
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team efficiently
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
