Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and manage complex renal conditions.
- Lead diagnostic workup including interpretation of laboratory and imaging studies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases.
- Supervise and manage dialysis programs and post-transplant care.
- Engage in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, residents, and fellows.
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to scientific publications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements
- Board certification or equivalent qualification in Nephrology.
- Proven experience in clinical nephrology, particularly in a tertiary or academic healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of renal pathophysiology, diagnostics, and treatment modalities.
- Experience managing dialysis and renal transplant patients.
- Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor medical students and trainees.
- Active involvement or interest in clinical research within nephrology.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and professional ethics.
